If i open Layer Styles, it keeps loading and only shows some options. and sometimes it shows all options at once. can someone help me?

Guten Tag! it looks like you have a David Carson version of Photoshop... First time I see that. I would reset the preferences, by going to the edit-preferences menu, and select the recreate preferences at launch.
