Left to right

Hello everyone, I have a problem with left to right. I can't change it on "type" language options (it's grayed out) and when I write in English (with a question mark for example) the question mark comes in from the left instead of to the right. I'm frustrated and nothing works to fix it! Please help!

If you have the World Ready Layout enabled in Edit>Preferences>Type, then you can go the Paragraph panel

and click on the Left to Right Paragraph Direction button or go to Edit>Preferences>Type click on Latin and East Asian Layout and restart photoshop.
