What is the reason for option to add Legacy Brush 2, Legacy Brush 3...... ?

    That happens when one loads the Legacy Brushes more than once.

     

    Legacy Brushes 2 and Legacy Brushes 3 are the same as Legacy Brushes so you can delete those by highlighting Legacy 1 and Lagacy 2 then clicking Delete Groups.
