Question

Legacy extensions and plugins not available after migration

Migrating the latest Photoshop edition  to a new Windows 11 computer, I can only access a few of my many legacy extensions and plugins. I copied and pasted the Plugins folder per Adobe. They also had me copy a folder called CEP into Adobe Commons files in the Program Files (x86) folder.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Hi Missbee (cool name btw).  Do you still have the Photoshop 2023 in Program Files?  You probably do, so check the Plug-ns folder, or search the folder hierarchy  for Type: = .8BF

What plugins are missing?  Some need to be installed rather than simply placing the .8bf file in the plug-ins folder.

Do you have tried to install all extensions and plugins on the new computer?
