Lens correction available in ACR but not in PS

When i import raw files to PS over ACR all lens corrections work from within ACR, however when i open image in PS without (ACR) and go to lens corrections and select profile it saying "No matching profile found".

Lens profiles normally only apply to raw files. In a rendered RGB file, the lens correction should already have been baked into the pixel data.

I have manual lens Samyang 12mm F2.0 NCS and i shot JPEG from the camera, so there is no auto correction in the camera or in photoshop because lens has noelectronics and not save its model in EXIF of image.

I open JPEG in PS and select Filter > Lens Correction need to to apply lens correction to JPEG, profile is not there.

Are you saying its not available because image is not RAW, then how come other lenses corrections are available, in Filter > Lens Correction, just not that particular lens?

This is what options it shows for my camera, mind you there is way more profiles available in ACR.

What can i do to fix this?

When i select this options it shows the lense i need, i wonder if this is normal or my Lens Correction DB is corrupted?
