Hi,  I am trying to use the lens correction tool to fix a vignetting problem, and it's "greyed out" (not available).  Can anyone tell me how I can get this tool back in use, or if there is a help service available for Photoshop that I can call? thanks!

this one was user error guys - I didnt select the camera model and thus vignetting was greyed out - still no solution to why SHIFT + CTRL + R doesn't work but thats not much of a problem

hopfully someone reads this one day and benefits from my blunder

Reviving this old thread.
Letting you know I had this same issue; fixed it by converting the file to RGB as it was in CMYK for those who are also having this issue. Cheers.

If possible, please share a screen capture of your image within the workspace.

I have the same issue in lens correction vignetting is greyed out - RGB color mode - also (perhaps related?) the shortcut (SHIFT+CRTL+R) for Lens Correction doesnt seem to work (but other shortcuts work as normal) - I've worked around this by making it manual but its annoying to not know what causes this problem (it has worked for me in the past)

Check to make sure your document is in RGB color format not CMYK or Grayscale.
