Library colors don't apply to Shapes

If created shape initialy had no Fill or Stroke color - it won't react to library colors. You have choose Fill or Stroke color before creating a shape. But it works with your Swatches. Is there any way to fix this?

Hello, I'll try to reproduce as soon as I can, it is interesting. Did you test on a PC or a Mac? with several versions? And is the creative cloud application up to date? (not questioning your findings, but making sure the team can have all the correct parameters on hand.
