Question

Library components Greyed out: This item is not supported in photoshop.

Hello, the files in my library are greyed out, and it says, "This item is not supported by Photoshop." The same files can be accessible on Illustrator and Photoshop beta. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop; in most of the cases, if I troubleshoot Creative Cloud with CTRL + ALT + T (Win), the app starts shutting down automatically on the new doc screen.

Attaching the system info.

As I see in your System Info the graphic device driver is nearly one year old. Please goto NVidia's website, search for the recent version of the matching driver for your card. Download and install it and check again if it's help. Make sure that you're using the Studio version and not the Game Ready version!!

You have buldin a CPU with an internal graphic processor. The internal GPU can sometimes caused several issues. Open the Windows Device Manager, right-click the card's name and choose Disable.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, it didn't work; the library is still greyed out.

Try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset-preferences

It's recommended to backup your settings before resetting the preferences.

See here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#backup-photoshop-preferences

Didn't work either 😞
