I've already done the install library steps and all the refresh stuff.
Why is it my libraries was just fine, then go to edit another photo, literally right after I got done editing one and it was just fine, and it is not showing my main presets that I use all the time and only showing my presets that I never use?
I've restarted it and it doesn't change anything. I looked in the cloud app and it shows everything is in there correct and synced, but photoshop has removed some of them and not showing all of them for whatever reason just randomly. I've logged out and back into adobe cloud, which fixed it last time, but this time it does not work and still only showing maybe half of what's in the library and non of the primary ones.
It seems to do this once every few months.
This is an issue in both Photoshop 2023 and 2024 not syncing correctly with adobe cloud.
Restarted computer, no fix.....
I see on reddit there are others having this same issue but worse right now......Is the cloud having issues currently?
How do we get it to read the library file off our local computer and not the cloud, since the cloud seems to be unreliable sometimes?

Ok I got it to work......There is no option to force it to resync, so instead I duplicated one of my library files to force it to sync, and that worked and now it is showing everything after a proper sync.
