Light blue background

I have the epson surecolor f570 and everytime i print im having a light blue background, How do i remove it so it doesnt print on my paper, i have ruined a whole roll of paper. 

I have tried everything, its like it only prints the light blue background when it wants to, some times it does and sometimes it doesnt and i don't change in between. how do i stop it?
