light effects don't work

Ciao, ho Photoshop versione 21.0.3
Sto provando a usare il filtro effetto luce ma non funziona, non mi dà alcun effetto
È un bug che solo io ho?
nella versione 2019 non ho avuto questo problema

What are your Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings? 

Please post screenshots including the pertinent Paneks (Layers, Channels, …).

when i open the program it works
but if I reuse it then the function no longer works.
I also reset, but it doesn't work

The latest update Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.1.1 20200312.r.121 2020/03/12 has resolved this issue for me.  so be sure to try it out!

This seems to be a problem becuase it doiesn't work for a lot of us no matter what is done.  For me and PS has tried to fix it twice with no solution and told me to wait for them to get back to me.  they haven't.  but if i unclick the show transform controls and restart PS then lighting effects works but the seocnd i click the show transform controls it no longer works.  only ambient light works.  i'm on windows 10 and 1080ti.  No drivers or reset or install fixes the issue.  it only occurs in 2020 PS 2019 works just fine.  its an adobe issue.  I've also installed PS on a fresh laptop and two friends computers all with the same issue.  lighting effects as it was in the begining of 2019 broken.  but in 2019 they managed to fix it after the second update.
