Light reflection

Hi I need help trying to reduce or remove the glare of light in the photo. 

 

Please see attached for reference. A lot of my photos have this back flash sort of and i need to get it sorted

I think it's a big ask to remove the vertical flares from the lights, but you could improve the image in other respects.  I used the Camera RAW filter with Dehaze 100% and Clarity 60%,  That has improved contrast and gerally sharpened it up.

You could also try selecting the glares and reducing the highlights in the image. But, as stated by @D Fosse, try the remove tool. There's a super quick test on a couple of the lights.

Quick solution? Take the picture again, with a better lens/camera. With light sources in the image, you can't shield. You need a lens with good flare control.

 

Then you can also expose it correctly (this one is severely underexposed).

 

You can try the new Remove tool, but I'm pretty certain you'll get artifacts.

Thanks- It's not my photo and we cant get into this space any longer so I need to try and work with what I have
