Lightroom CC Classic and Photoshop without internet connection

If I don't have an internet connection, Photoshop and Lightroom won't start. There is only a dialog with the request to establish an internet connection or to close the program. Even if I was registered a few hours ago. Normally you should be able to work for up to 30 days without internet! Unfortunately it doesn't work for me!

Sadly it still does not work! According to the description, I switched off the Internet time synchronization! As soon as I have no internet connection, I still cannot open Photoshop and Lightroom. If there is a connection, I have to log in and then start both programs!
