Line Tool Not Working with Latest CC update

I thought I posted this before but cant find it and mistakenly posted in on the Canon Community! Idiot!

Looks Like I did but I see the post but clicking on it takes me nowhere...Same page!????

After the lates PsCC update, my Line Tool is behaving wrong from prior to the update.

Now the Line Tool, NO MATTER WHAT Selection is checked, Sheap, Path...the arrow is painted in a expandable square box and only when I "double click" the "Esc" key dose the "selection turn into a single line arrow. Also the curosr leaves a small "squate cursor box" in the top left of the scree.

Is the problem with the arrow or something else? Could you expand the gear icon and capture a screenshot?
