lines effect on photos

hi! can anyone advise how can i do such horizontal or diagonal line effect on my photo? thank you and greatly appreciate:)

Hi

Add a new layer

Fill that layer with white

Go to Filter >Filter Gallery > Sketch >Halftone Pattern and choose pattern type "line"

Change the blending mode of the layer to multiply and adjust the opacity

You can transform & rotate the lines layer if you want the lines at an angle
