Liquify and Extension (legacy) working simultaniously on MacOS

I am using Sonoma 14.5 and Photoshop version 25.9.0. Current situation is that in order to use the Extensions (legacy), application needs to be opened as "Open using Rosetta".

The problem is that in this case the liquify tool is disabled. In order to enable it, I need to close the photoshop application and launch it without the check "Open using Rosetta". Imagine you are doing batch of pictures and you want one or the other tool. In order to use it you would need to restart, loose the progress and start anew, since you need the other tool. On Windows operating system, you can use both and this is affecting only the MacOS users.

This is very inconvenient and needs to be fixed. Both Extension (legacy) and liquify tool need to be available, without the need of changing lauch modes of the application.

That's not going to happen. Intel software must be run in Rosetta. I'd look to the third-party vendors to update their extensions.
