Liquify doesnt work

I just installed the latest photoshop, and when I try to liquify it just doesnt work. Help please

Hi try a portrait photo and check it or try to reset your photoshop then it works hope so.....regards

Thanks, I opened a portrait and two lines (I supposed the contour of the face) appeared in the liquify window, but yet not image. I closed photoshop and restart the computer but it doesnt help. Thanks
