Liquify In Photoshop won't work for me anymore.

I have used liquify in photoshop for years just fine. It stopped working for me a couple of months ago. I updated everything on CC today. Restarted my laptop .. done everything I can think to do and liquify still won't work for me. I did everything mentioned as a cure in a previous post about this issue and it still won't work. I wish somebody could just take over my machine and fix it .. I really need that tool to work!
