Question

Liquify is not working properly .It is enabled but not working, not changing the shape of subject

Liquify is not working properly on the latest version. Also after i went back to previous version.
Liquify is enabled and even open the box where you can choose all  the parameters but when i choose warp and start moving things they don"t move or change at all/ Nothing happens.
My computer meets all the requirements in order to work properly.
It"s really frustrating.
Please help.

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) and the dialog window visible? 

What are the »Show Backdrop«-settings etc.?

This could be caused by any number of reasons.

Check the Warp tool brush size. On the right side of the Liquify dialog box, under Properties, make sure that Pressure is set to 100%.

Make sure that you are not working on a locked layer. If the layer is not locked, make sure that you are working on the corret layer.

It could even be an issue with your graphic processor -- Under Preferences > Performance, try turning Use Graphics Processor on or off. And, make sure that your graphics processor is up to date.
