Liquify tool not working error message

When i open the liquify effect and try to make changes this prompt pops up and doesn't let me make any change whatsoever.

The neural filters work fine, i use a pc with windows 10, all drivers are updated, newest PS version, GPU acceleration is turned on in the settings. Please help if you know what's going on, losing my mind here(:
