Liquify Tool

Help! I use Photoshop on Windows 10.  Everytime I try to use Liquify, the image does not appear on the screen even though Preview is on. The cursor seems to be stuck on the top left of the screen. I tried converting the image to a Smart Object and restarting Photoshop as well as Alt + Ctrl + Shift. Nothing seems to work, unfortunately 😞 I also uninstalled Photoshop and reinstalled it. And i restarted my computer, too. help :((

I'm having the same issue after the latest PS 2021 update: PS Version 22.1.0 - Windows 10 - 64 bit.

    First of all, which version of Photoshop you are running? 

    You tried reseting preferences, was that sucesfull? Can you try to delete preferences or to reset from Preferences dialogue? https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

    I'm using Photoshop 2021. I tried both of your suggestions, and unfortunately it did not work.
