Literally everything is slower than a snail

The latest update is terrible. Since installing it, I've hardly been able to use Photoshop. Something as simple as cropping, saving, or adjusting the brightness/contract can take up to 5-10 minutes. On top of that, Apple updated to the latest Monterey OS overnight, and I think that also conflicts with the Adobe programs. Weren't these two systems originally designed to work together? They sure don't seem compatible now.

What kind of GPU do you have and have you tried updating the GPU driver from the manufacturers website

Here are my specs, including the GPU. Apple updated to the latest version of Monterey, so wouldn't that have also updated the GPU?
