Live tech support?

Why doesn't Adobe provide live phone support? Or make it easier to find ... sure isn't. We pay a lot of money to use this software, I think we should be able to get fast support when needed.

You can go to Adobe.com. Make sure you are logged in.

Click Help and Support tab at the top then the Contact Us button in the list:

That will bring up the chat pod. But if you click the " Contact Options" link at the top, you will get the 800 number for live support.
