Hi

There is nothing there to de-blur. Unlike the impression given by TV programmes - these requests are rarely succesful.

Generally speaking - our eyes and brains are fantastic at image processing. If they can't see anything then processing is unlikey to yield a result.

Hi Miac

This question comes up every so often in the forum and the answer is generally - it is not possible. If the photograph was taken at a distance where it did not capture the detail of the number plate, no amount of Photoshop adjustment will get what you want.
