This isn't CSI. There are no secret hidden pixels or whatever to uncover. The plate is simply whitened out from the hedlights and that is that. Aside from that it's policy on this forum not to interfere in investigations for a million legal reasons (evidence tampering, privacy concerns etc.), so we can't help you. Take it up with your local police or other authorities.

Sorry for your situation, but, if there's no detail, there's nothing to enhance.

Those in car cameras leave a lot to be desired in cases like this I fear. Yeah I use one too.

Sadly it's all too easy to confuse TV and movie fiction [and advertising claims] with science.
