Logging into Adobe Account on Photoshop iPad doesn’t work!

Hi, I am having such a hard time logging into Photoshop iPad. I would press 'Log into Adobe Account', put in my email and password and then it would send be back to the login page like nothing happened! This is obviously a glitch and a pretty infuriating one at that

iPadOS version: 17.4

Photoshop iPad version: 5.4

Hey, @Maleny28569258xl2q. Welcome to the Photoshop community. I've checked the email you've signed in to the community with & I couldn't find an active subscription for Photoshop iPad.

 

Before troubleshooting, update Photoshop iPad to the latest version via the App Store & check if the issue exists. 

If you're using Social sign-in options, use the 'Sign in with Adobe' option instead and use a registered Adobe account (email).
