Hello, Adobe Support Community Team

I've just replaced a computer (Win7 System) and re-downloaded Photoshop (Everything was good in former one). In this computer, Photoshop is stuck on the login ID page and cannot start (ID has already logined in Adobe Creative Cloud ). Attempts have been made to reinstall Photoshop, but problems will still arise. I hope customer service can help me out, thanks.0,0.png

Hi Kai,

That does not sound good, as Photoshops is stuck on a blank login screen, could you please try the following steps and let us know if it helps?

On Windows delete or rename following folders

C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache

C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore

Then right-click the shortcut of Photosho, choose "Run as administrator" (or "More" > "Run as administrator"), enter your Adobe ID and password and clicks Sign in.

On Mac delete or rename following folders

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE   (in user Library folder)

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache  (in main Library folder)

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore

Then launch Photoshop and Sign in.

Let us know if it helps.
Regards,
Sahil

Thank you very much for your patient help and support.

I've followed your instructions to do the steps, but the problem will still be there, when I open Photoshop, the ID login page will pop up, this time the top left corner will show the Adobe icon, and then the login ID page will get stuck again later. I've tried to download Illustrator, but they all have the same problem. Thank you.
