[LOGO HELP] for videography

So I have created a logo in Photoshop for my videography but the logo has a background. I don't want the background. I just LITERALLY want the LOGO in the video. I tried looking up for solutions but there is none. Can someone help me? Here's an example of what I mean.

Create your logo without a back ground. Save it as a png file so you can use it  by placing it in to any document. Create it large  you can scale it down well using the place transform.  If your logo is a single color create it as a custom shape.  It will scale to any size you  need perfectly. You can color stroke and style it also.

How did you make the logo?  Why did you make it with   background on the same layer?  Tell you what, use the graphic below and knock out the background by using the red channel.  It's not a flash logo btw.  Far too cluttered and difficult to read.

I use your png to create two custom shape.  One  I dragged our white the other Black I size and positioned and linked them.  Could be save as a PSD that can be resized to save any size png needed.
