Looking for a tutorial 3D for Photoshop

I'm looking for a tutorial that can help me recreate the attached image. I'm not sure what to search for and what I was searching for wasn't yeilding what I'm looking for.

First step is to find a model for the heart

You have to decide if you want to make it your self or pay some one for one... Look for Obj as the file types and avoid Fbx if you can... Once you have the model Adobe Dimension or Adobe Photoshop are your best options to make the image... In that order

You can wrap the map pattern on a heart image by following the steps shared in the video.
