Looking for Photoshop CS2 Official Javascript Reference Automate your CS2 workflow pdf.

Does anyone know where I can get the pdf version of Photoshop CS2 Official Javascript Reference Automate your CS2 workflow?  I own the hardcopy but would like to add the pdf version to my reader so I can continue reading when I do not have access to the hardcover book. It was included with the CS2 version of the software.  I am using CC2018. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
