Lost ACR

I am using the latest version of PS. I have recently lost ACR when opening a file from File Explorer and it opens directly into PS. On Creative Cloud while it is listed as one of the programs it does not have the OPEN button nor the 3 dots.

I have uninstalled and re-intalled PS and that did not resolve. How do I regain access to ACR?

ACR will open if you open a raw file.

You apparently had ACR preferences set to also open jpeg and/or TIFF through ACR. You can still do that:

You can also open supported file in ACR from Bridge using right click context menu > Open in Camera Raw or using Open in Camera Raw icon below menus.
