Question

Lost list of apps to update

HELP !!  I have Photoshop 24.1.1, Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Bridge and Camera Raw and I wanted to update to latest versions.

I wanted to keep my current Photoshop version  for the time being till I was used to the new version, so I went in to Auto Update and unchecked Remove Prior version, and suddenly the only update I have listed is Lightroom, the rest of the updates no longer show.

As far as I can tell, Photoshop opens and is working OK... I don't know about Lightroom or Bridge as I don't use them.

Photoshop is still 24.1.1. Camera Raw Filter is 15.1.1.

How can I get my list of apps back so I can update Photoshop and camera Raw?

Using Windows 10.

Hope you can help.

Win

Hi @Win5E13 two things to check - 1. Make sure your CC desktop app is updated (check the cloud icon in the desktop app)

2. Confirm your computer meets the minimum requirements for the applications - if it doesn't they wont show as available.

If all that is ok and you meet minimums, try restarting to CC Desktop app by holding Cmd+Alt+R - it will ask if you want to restart.

First try to reset the CC desktop app. Make sure it's in the foreground and then press:

  • Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
  • Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that fails, sign out and then back in to your CC desktop application using the same Adobe ID used to verify your subscription at your Adobe Account: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 6 - Topaz Photo AI

Thanks for your reply.

I've reset the CC desktop app as instructed, no change, not all apps are listed.

I've signed out and signed back in. Still no change.

I'm about to try uninstalling the CC app, but the link given says that all apps such as Photoshop etc need to be uninstalled before the CC desktop app can be uninstalled. Is this correct? If my apps aren't listed, how can I uninstall them?

Thanks

Win

@Win5E13 inside each application folder with the exe is an uninstall application.
