Could not initialize Photoshop because there is not enough memory (RAM).
The message above is the first thing I get when I tried to open the newest version of photoshop 2022 version 23.3.2. I cant even get the program to load BUT when it DOES load then I cant use the move tool and I get a move tool error so I cant edit anything. About to try to reinstall the newest version of PS version 23.4.2. and restart the pc but I cant figure out why Im getting this issue at all.
2nd option - uninstall Adobe and Reinstall it.
3rd option - CLEAN WIPE EVERYTHING and reinstall Windows

Hey Nancy,
I have windows version 21H2 and my scratch disk right now Im using 2 different HDDs. One has around 500GB and the other is 12TB and now my screen background went into a restart mode as Im typing this. Ill respond again with my programs performance settings if I can get it to open. File size doesn't even matter. I was working on a 8x10 image with 72 DPI and I couldnt use the move or type tool but that error I posted is what I get just trying to START the program.
