Hi there,

I've downloaded a few highlighter streak type of images from Adobe stock. The files look fine in preview, but once I licence them and bring them into PS, the images are blocky an pixelated. The top image is what they look like in PS, the bottom is what I need them to look like.

The image looks like it's an Illustrator file because of the transparency grid.

If you can give us the Adobe Stock number, I'd be happy to look at the file.
Do you have Illustrator or only Photoshop?

Can you also tell us what settings you choose for "New" in Photoshop? Maybe with a screen shot?
