Lumenzia plug in

I have recently purchased lumenzia ,I go in to the version I want to download which is v11 and can't see an icon to click to download.greg Benz with producer told me to click on the ccx file .However the ccx file icon looks like a  piece of paper folded top right hand corner .In there is information ,hex file but nothing that will download .Adobe hasn't downloaded it ,I didn't get any messages .The installer says installer is unified app installer .I can't change this .I sent screenshot of this to Greg and he Said he has never seen this before .any ideas ,I'm lost ?

Right click on the Lumenzia 11_4_0.ccx and click Open With>UnifiedPluginInstallerAgent, which should open up the Adobe Creative Desktop Application and you install the plugin from there.

that end but my Mac isn't receiving it
