Lumenzia V10 ccx plugin error

Hi,

When trying to add the Lumenzia V10 plug I get Couldn't install plugin, please try again "Error Code -2". I have tried closing the desktop adobe cloud app, I tried resetting my PS preferences, and I have plenty of disk space... Can someone help?

Using a Mac w/ most up to date IOS as of 08/28/2022. Also current PS version.

Error type 2 points to a runtime error @Randy.DPT .
