Mac OS Catalina - Photoshop CC 2020 - Could Not Complete Your Request Because of a Program Error

Hi, 
I am having a lot problems with Photoshop 2020 as I downloaded it 3 hours ago and I have failed to do anything on it because of "Could Not Complete Your Request Because of a Program Error" and I tried to go to perferences, it wouldn't let me to do it as this keeps popping up. I have opened an psd file and it comes up, I make a new layer and I try do things then the pop up comes up again... then it goes crazy with another pop ups like 5 times. I tried to look everywhere online how to repair this problem and I fail to find any. Can anyone help me on this problem?

Sorry that you keep getting an error "Could Not Complete Your Request Because of a Program Error" while using Photoshop 2020.

Could you please try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and let us know if it helps?
To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

Also, make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html
