MacBook Touchbar to show F keys ONLY in Photoshop?

Hi, I have a Macbook with the touchbar and was wondering if there's a way to have it show the F keys instead as a lot of actions/keybinds I use utilise the F keys. I know there's an option to have them show all the time, but I almost exlusively use them in Photoshop.

Yes you can restrict F keys to just one app.
