Since installing the sequoia 15.4.1 update to my iMacPros yesterday (both computers), I'm having problems with Photoshop. Photoshop generative expand and other AI features have stopped working and I get the dreaded brown box "Please check your internet connection and try again".
Both computers were working fine before the update, now both have the same problems. (yes I should have done one at a time).
I checked my MacBook Pro (running OS Ventura 13.7.5) and everything works fine.
I presume the OS has adjusted an internet connection setting on the system settings.
Firewall is turned off.
Internet speed is 970 Mbps.
Another observation, not Adobe related but may help find the issue, is that WeTransfer will no longer upload files to the Mac desktop app or to the website.
Please help.

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry about the trouble!
Try reinstalling Photoshop after removing it using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool. You can check out the steps to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool here: https://adobe.ly/4cKKpyi
If the issue persists, please try adding Photoshop to Full Disk Access and the Accessibility list for macOS using the steps suggested here: https://adobe.ly/42tUnk7
Let us know how it goes!
Thanks,
Nikunj

I've also tried turning off the Firewall but that didn't help either.

Apologies for the delayed response, and thank you for your patience. I'm sorry to hear that the earlier suggestions didn’t resolve the issue. Are you still experiencing the same problem with Photoshop?
If so, here are a few additional steps you can try. Please let us know how it goes:
Try Safe Mode
Restart your iMac Pro in Safe Mode by holding down Shift during startup.
Once in Safe Mode, open Photoshop and try using Generative Expand again.
Let us know if this makes a difference or if the issue persists—we’re here to help!
Regards,
Srishti
