Maintain aspect ratio on Content aware scale is not working

Hello

I want to stretch only width, so I used only dot on the left side, but it changes both width and Height.... even if I don't mark 'Maintain aspect ratio'.

I deleted Photoshop and installed it again, but it has same problem.

Please.. help me..

Try holding down the Shift key while you drag
