Major issues with Photoshop

Hi,  I have for some time been trying to resolve strange happenings with Photoshop it will do crazy odd things, i am starting to think it might be my Wacom tablet that is causing it, for example i was just working on a composite and when i brought the pen to the tablet the image twisted to a strange angle and it does all sorts of other odd behavour.  has anyone come across a Wacom tablet causing issues i am at a loss as what to do with the odd behavour.
