I'd like to make black sunglasses lenses transparent. Then add an amber color. When I move it to the photo of my cat, I want the lenses of the now amber sunglasses to show my cats face. Pretty much need step by step instructions. I searched the web but didn't find anything relevant to my question. I have already removed the white background. So when I move the sunglasses to my cats face, that looks good. However, of course you cannot see behind the black sunglasses lenses. Thank you for your time & help.

@ah64apache715 make a selection for the lenses of the glasses and delete.mask out the black area:

Next create a new layer below the frames layer.

Select the lens area with the magic wand tool and fill with your amber color:

Reduce the Layer opacity to make the lenses semi-transparent:

Finally select both layers and click the link icon at the bottom to link them together so you can move freely.

Thank you so much Kevin! It took me a while but I got it. I'm still quite the amature. However I learned a good deal completing this. Not quite the color I want yours was better. If you have that color code I'd appreciate it. In any case Success!

I'll also edit it a bit more. Center the sunglasses (didn't notice), correct the color. But it's a fantastic start for me. However, my eyes are shot ATM. Haha! Thanks again.
