Make interface darker than the default limit

I am using Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 (v 19.0). Is there any way to make the interface darker than the actual limit? Maybe there's any registry edit that enables to do so?

And any registry hack that might be out there would be over written next time you did a update.

BTW why would you want it darker?

If one works for video and film the dark themes can make sense, but when working for print not so much.

The dark interfaces are very seductive - they make almost any image look good. That's because the corrective visual references are removed.

Out in the real world, however, people may not be quite so impressed.

For print, a dark interface is trouble waiting to happen. What was a bright, snappy picture on screen, turns into a muddy and dull disappointment. In fact, this is my one serious objection to Lightroom. It really should have an option for a lighter interface.
