March 2023 update failure

Recently updated Photoshop CC on the monthly package I pay for and then loaded some new images off my camera (25th March 2023) Everything seemed normal.

I opened my files in Bridge and selected the folder, then the image in camera raw and edited as normal, however when I came to open the image and replace the sky Photoshop changes the screen and I get the green bar that says "Reading Camera Raw" that completes and then the image doesn't open and the screen is blank and then starts flashing uncontrollably and doesn't stop until you exit the app.

My P.C is running Windows 10 it is fully updated as of today.

PHOTOSHOP IS ESSENTIALLY NOW UNUSABLE !!
