Hello I would like a program that simulates the drawing of COPIC markers or PROMARKER for illustrations, sketches with all colors like on paper, tools with the simulation of marker properties of blending and coloring.

I have scanned in my copic marker color chart and created my own swatches and saved a custom color palette for my copic colors. Then you can play around with brushes to try and simulate it. Not nearly as effective as just using your markers.
