markers and selections in photoshop

Hello everyone,

I am facing a problem in Photoshop.

For a very long time, to put markers on the center of an object on a layer, I selected it, then by an Apple + T, I added my marks, on the center of the frame of transformation.
Except that since I switched to CC 2019, this manipulation is no longer possible. With my layer is active, by the transformation by Apple + T, I lose it as soon as I try to put a marker.

Have you noticed a change at this level? Do you have a solution to "recover" this behavior?

    Hello,

    Thank's a lot for your answer.

    After verification, these 2 options are checked. But I discovered that by placing a marker on the layer, the center is magnetized. So the problem is solved.
