Hi there.

Deeply confused as to why there are ruler (?) marks that look like stitch marks around the rectangles in this image. Can anyone advise as to what they are and how to get rid of them?

Screenshot attached.

Thanks

MA

Hi. I just used the rectangle tool to create them. I think I've fixed it as per screenshot. The rectangle tool was defaulting to a dashed line. As to why, I have no idea. Not doing it any more so happy for now!

Thanks for your support, all.

Did you create this? There are a couple possible answers depending on how it was created. Are the rectangles created with vector shapes, or pixels?

Do the Shape Layers have a dashed Stroke?

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Properties, Options Bar, …) visible?
