Maybe a bug, but opt + scroll wheel does not do an animated zoom

It just snap-zooms between scales with each scroll increment. This is true whether I have enabled tools-> "zoom with scroll wheel" or not, and whether or not tools->"animated zoom" is checked.

OpenGL is on (under performance), and it appears to be working because I get a beautiful animated zoom with ctrl +, or using the scrubby zoom, it's just opt + scroll wheel that doesn't work. I have a logitech mouse.

I am on a macbook pro M2 Silicon with Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224), and I have the same issue with PS version 25.6.0 as well as the new beta 25.9.0.

I have tried resetting all settings using Ctrl-shift-opt on startup - no dice.

Any ideas? I love smooth zooming in affinity using the scrool wheel and I wish I had it here.
