Menu items not showing at base of screen

Hi, From quite a few updates ago, I'm no longer able to see some menu items in "Standard Screen Mode"  such as Fx, +New Layer, Create New Folder etc. The only way I can see them is to change the view to "Full Screen Mode With Menu Bar" which is very annoying. Have tried resizing but the bottom of the photoshop interface gets cropped off. I'm using a late model MacBook Pro 16". Can you please have a look?

Hi, I guess you already tried to click the green dot to maximize?
