merge a ps animation with video in photoshop

hey guys! so I have this video layer in ps of a tram going by, and i want to incorporate some smoke at the end of the train. The smoke is in ps file, its a small animation of the smoke moving, but it doesn't appear when i apply it on top of the video layer? Help? The smoke animation is int he group smoke and i also might want to move it accordingly to the tram animation....

Could you please try to click and drag the smoke group on top of the first video layer?
